Network+ Certification Training Courses
ComputerPREP offers CompTIA Press Network+ training courseware that has a depth of instruction not found anywhere else. The training courseware pairs well with our own supplemental material, including Lab Guides and AssessPREP, to round out training for the new Network+ certification exam (N10-003) that was released in mid-2005.
The CompTIA Network+ certification is ideal for individuals with nine months' field experience, or the academic equivalent, in network administration and support. Earning the certification proves technical competency and critical knowledge of media and topologies, protocols and standards, network implementation and network support.
As a foundational networking credential Network+ works well as a standalone certification or as a companion credential to vendor certifications such as MCSA and MCSE.
Did you know? ... Network+ is an excellent prerequisite for the Windows 2003 MCSE programs. Microsoft retired the Networking Essentials exam and requires Windows Server 2003 candidates to have at least one year of experience implementing and administering a network operating system. Network+ is a logical replacement for the Networking Essentials course.
