1.   How do I find the product I'm looking for?

There are two ways to find any product you are looking for. From the home page, you can navigate the site using the category listings on the left. Or, you may use our Search tool at the top of the page.

2.   How do I order products?

There are three ways to order from ComputerPREP:

  1. Order online.
  2. Contact your Regional Account Manager directly.
  3. Call (800) 228-1027 (inside the U.S.) or 1 (602) 275-7700 (outside the U.S.).

3.   How do I order online?

Ordering online is simple:

  1. Click either the "Add to Cart" link at the top of a specific product's page or the shopping cart icon in the Purchase column of a listing of products. This will populate your shopping cart order. Remember, you can delete an item from your shopping cart at any time so don't be afraid to put items you're not sure about into your cart.
  2. Review the addition to your cart. At this point you can delete or change the quantity desired of any product in your cart.
  3. If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping."
  4. When you are satisfied with your cart and you wish to complete your order, press the "Click to Pay" button.
  5. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to register with our site. Please fill out all required fields and click "Continue." If you are a current customer, you will be asked to login. Please enter your e-mail address and password.
  6. Verify your shipping address.
  7. Enter payment method and credit card information, and then click "Order Now." (Please note that we do not permanently store your credit card information.)

Your credit card will be charged when we fulfill your order.

4.   How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?

To remove an item from your shopping basket, uncheck the item's "Confirm" box or set the item's "Quantity" to zero (0) and then click "Recalculate."

5.   Why do I have to register?

ComputerPREP requires its customers to register for online shopping in order to protect against fraud and to be able to contact a customer should there be a necessity to do so. In addition, registered customers are able to take advantage of special promotions and downloads available only to them.

6.   I forgot my password. How do I get it?

From the login screen, you can request your password by entering your e-mail in the appropriate field and selecting "Get my Password." If there is a password associated with that e-mail address, it will be mailed to you at that address. If there is not a password for that e-mail address you will be required to re-register.

7.   How do I update my password?

To change your password, enter your e-mail and password from the login screen and then select "Edit my Record."

8.   How do I update my registration information?

If you've moved or have another reason to update your registration information, enter your e-mail and password from the login screen and then select "Edit my Record."

10.   What security measures do you use to ensure the safety of my information?

ComputerPREP recognizes that security is of extreme importance for any Web site that handles personal and financial information. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used during transmission to our servers which reside behind a firewall. See our Security and Privacy policy.

11.   Does ComputerPREP.com use cookies?

Yes. ComputerPREP.com is best experienced with cookies but does not require them except to purchase our products. Cookies are used primarily to create an easier and more customized shopping experience for our customers but are also used for internal product tracking. Read our Security and Privacy policy.
